Our End of Year Concert will be held on SUNDAY 14th DECEMBER at 10:00am.

Our tiniest SPARK stars are always the highlight of the show! Each week in class, your child will be learning their special concert dance. It’s a gentle, fun process designed to build confidence, teamwork, and those first little steps of stage experience - all while keeping it exciting and enjoyable.
To help them feel comfortable and ready, it’s best if they can come along to all their regular classes in the lead-up to the concert. Practising together each week makes a big difference in helping them remember their steps, feel confident, and have fun with their friends.
Of course, we understand that things come up with little ones - if your child will need to miss a few classes, just let us know so we can support them!
If your child won’t be able to take part in the concert this year, please let us know as soon as possible so we can adjust their class routine.
Our Pre-Schoolers never fail to steal the show, and we can’t wait to see them sparkle on stage! ✨
For our littlest performers, we have a Concert Fee of $115 per student.
This fee will be Direct Debited on Monday 17th November.
Your child’s Concert Fee includes:
- Their costume hire (no extra charges - everything is taken care of!)
- A special 2025 SPARK Concert Medal to celebrate their big moment
- A 2025 SPARK Concert T-Shirt to wear to and from the venue!
- All performer costs such as theatre hire, lighting, and production expenses.
- And of course… a magical glow wand to hold as they walk down the red carpet at the end of the show 🌟
Costumes are hired through SPARK and are returned at the end of the show!
This keeps things simple and stress-free for families - all you need to do is bring your little star along, and we’ll take care of the rest! 🎉
DROP OFF & PICK UP
We are so excited for our Preschoolers to shine on stage at their very first concert! Here’s everything you need to know to make the day smooth and fun for your little star!
On concert day, Our Preschoolers will be backstage with us for the whole concert (don’t worry - it’s short and sweet!).
While they wait, we’ll have lots of fun activities like Bluey, colouring, books and more to keep them entertained and happy.
PreSchoolers should be dropped off 30 Minutes before the show at 9:30am!
During the drop off times, we ask that one parent/guardian comes with their child into the drop off area. Students will be given a coloured wristband so that all staff know which group they are in! See the CONCERT GROUPS & ORDER button below.
All students will need to be picked up from the stage after the show. Students will wait onstage at the end of the show in their groups and parents will be able to collect their child.
If you have any questions please do not hesitate to ask us. We will ensure that we talk you through the concert day procedure again in the weeks leading up to the concert.
Makeup: Our Preschoolers do not require any makeup for the concert.
Hair: Hair can be styled half up, half down (if your little one allows!). Otherwise, hair out or in a bun is also perfectly fine.
Backstage: Preschool students will be with us backstage for the entire duration of the concert (don’t worry, it’s a short and sweet performance!).
Entertainment: We’ll have plenty of fun activities to keep them happy and relaxed, including Bluey, colouring, books, and lots more!
MEDICAL CONDITIONS
If your child has any Medical Conditions that may require attention whilst in our care or are carrying any medication with them, please notify our supervisors when you sign in.
WHAT TO WEAR
All students should arrive dressed in their Concert Costume with their Concert T-Shirt over the top, white frill socks and dance shoes. Costume, T-Shirt and Socks will be provided prior to concert day.
• If your child does Tap, please have them arrive wearing their Tap shoes and socks.
• All other students should arrive in their Ballet or Jazz shoes (depending on their class).
Please ensure hair is done before arrival so we’re all ready for our exciting concert day! 🎉
RED CARPET FINALE COSTUME
All students participate in a red carpet on conclusion of their show! This is a super special moment for our PreSchoolers where they will get to walk down the red carpet with their Glow Wand wearing their Concert T-Shirt!
SHOES & SOCKS
Ballet - Pink Ballet Shoes with White Frill Socks
Jazz - Tan Jazz shoes with White Frill Socks
Tap - Tan Tap Shoes with White Frill Socks
Tiny Tots (2-3 Years) - Tan Jazz or Pink Ballet Shoes with White Frill Socks
Shoes are available for purchase at the studio in the lead up to concert or they are available from any dance shop.
White Frill Socks are included in Performer Fee.
WHAT TO BRING
Preschoolers don’t need to bring anything with them on concert day - just their big smiles! 😄
Please have your child arrive wearing their concert Costume, T-shirt and Dance Shoes.
To keep things simple and make sure nothing gets lost or mixed up, no bags or extra belongings will be taken backstage.
FOOD & DRINK
In line with venue rules there is to be NO food in dressing rooms. We will have water onsite!
PreSchoolers will only need to bring themselves!
